The Guided Fasting Retreat

The Guided Fasting Retreat

A deeply supported fasting experience in the beauty of the Black Mountains.

Our Guided Fasting Retreat is for those who want to step away from everyday life and immerse themselves in a fully supported fasting experience, with expert guidance, wraparound care, nourishing practices and plenty of time to rest, reflect and reconnect.

Throughout the retreat, you'll be guided through your fast with a carefully considered programme designed to support you physically, mentally and emotionally.

Each day includes twice-daily yoga, meditaion or sound healing sessions, fasting talks delving deep into the science of fasting and discussing best practice and safe fasting and Q&As, guided nature walks and opportunities to rest and relax in the beautiful surroundings. You'll have access to our sauna, cold plunge and woodland bath, as well as a range of additional treatments available during your stay.

There is plenty of support throughout your fast, whether you have questions about what you're experiencing, want guidance around best fasting practices or simply need some reassurance along the way. Our aim is to give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to feel comfortable and well supported throughout your fast. We will be available 24/7 to care for all your fasting needs.

The retreat also includes a carefully curated breaking-of-the-fast feast, designed to support your healing journey as you begin refeeding. The menu has been created with the utmost care, with a focus on nourishing the microbiome and using the highest-quality ingredients to help replenish and nourish your body.

You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy one-to-one fasting consultations and additional therapies, allowing you to tailor elements of your retreat to your own needs (extra cost attached).

This is a more structured and guided retreat, with your days thoughtfully planned while still leaving plenty of space to slow down, rest and simply be. We take care of you every step of the way and you benefit from relaxing group sessions to nurture and hold you on your journey.

Come for the fasting, stay for the tribe, expert knowledge, nature, stillness, good conversation and the chance to completely step away from your usual routine.

A supported space to fast, rest, learn and reconnect.
